What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
We allow dogs and cats. Exotic pets are not permitted.
How many pets may I have?
We allow a maximum of two pets per household.
Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
Pet fee is $500 for one pet, and $700 for two pets with a monthly pet rent of $15 per pet.
What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
You will need a valid government issued photo ID to tour an apartment.
What are your fees and monthly charges?
Along with your rent, residents are responsible for water/sewer, trash, pest control, gas, and electricity. Pet fees, short term lease fees may be incurred based on your lease agreement. Any other preferences such as cable, internet, etc are at the preference of our residents.
What are the income and credit qualifications?
Our application guidelines require income to equal three times the monthly rent. We perform a credit and criminal background check for each individual over the age of 18.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Security deposits are refundable provided the lease term is fulfilled, fees due are up to date and the apartment is left in good condition with normal wear and tear expected.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Your lease will come with a "Buy Out" option that you can use at any time.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
At the end of your lease term you can change to month to month lease.
What is included in rent?
Your rental rate covers rent and washer and dryer rental all other utilities are the responsibility of the resident.
How long is the term of the lease?
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 7-12 month leases.
Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes, short term leases are available.
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Yes, all residents are required to have an active renter's insurance policy.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
We do not offer furnished apartments, however we can set you up with a supplier that will furnish the entire apartment for a small fee which will be billed monthly.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Residents can submit service request in the office, over the phone, or through our resident portal.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Rent is considered late on the 4th of every month.
What are acceptable forms of payment?
We encourage all residents to utilize the resident portal for all payments. We can accept cashier's check or personal check.
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
After hour payment can be made through our online portal.
Do you have reserved parking?
We do not have reserved parking on-site, parking is first come first serve.
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
Motorcycles can be parked in any parking space on site.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A dish can only be installed with written permission from the leasing office.
Do you have cable services?
Yes, cable providers for our community include Comcast and AT&T U-verse.
Does the property have a fitness center?
We have a 24-hour fitness center available for all of our residents to enjoy.
Does the property have a swimming pool?
Yes, our swimming pool is open from dusk till dawn during pool season.
Does the property offer on-site recycling?
Yes, on-site recycling is available for residents.
Are gas grills permitted at your property?
Grills of any sort are not permitted to be stored or used on patio/balconies. We have an onsite gas grill area for your grilling needs.
Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
All apartments come with outdoor storage on the patio.
